Commercial Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Technician
Einstein's Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable, hardworking Commercial Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Technician to support our growing field operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind maintaining attractive, healthy landscapes for high-profile commercial properties throughout the region.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be an essential part of our field crew, transforming and maintaining commercial properties to the highest aesthetic and safety standards:
Elite Grounds Management: Mow, trim, edge, and meticulously maintain commercial lawns, gardens, and landscape beds.
Horticultural Care: Prune, plant, fertilize, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf. Identify and proactively report plant health concerns, pest issues, or specialized maintenance needs.
Seasonal Execution: Perform highly effective weed control, mulching, and comprehensive seasonal clean-up tasks.
Equipment Mastery: Safely operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers. Conduct daily inspections of equipment to check oil, fuel, and operational readiness.
Logistics & Site Safety: Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites. Protect surrounding property (vehicles, windows, pedestrians) from potential flying debris.
Team Collaboration: Assist team members with larger landscape installation or site restoration tasks when needed, maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Experience: Prior experience in commercial landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or horticulture is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of plants, turf care, and modern landscaping techniques is a major plus.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, high reliability, and a sharp attention to detail. You must have the ability to work independently or as a highly collaborative crew member.
Physical Capabilities: Physically capable of safely lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods in varying New England weather conditions.
Licensure & Credentials: A valid Driver's License is strictly required. (DOT certification and a Massachusetts 2A/1C Hoisting License are highly preferred!)
Compensation & Premium Benefits
Solid Pay: $20.00 $25.00 per hour, paid on a reliable weekly pay cycle.
