BJ's Wholesale Club - - Responsibilities: Lead Deli Department Operations: Maintain and execute deli operational standards, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods.; Manage Inventory Proactively: Ensure proper product availability by monitoring inventory levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.; Accurate Item Labeling: Ensure all items are accurately priced, labeled, and in compliance with company policies.; Sanitation and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including cold chain procedures and ServSafe guidelines, while maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units.; Report Operational Concerns: Escalate operational concerns, such as equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, or food safety risks, to management as necessary.
