Use your skills to make an impact
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with approved nursing protocols.
Take vital signs, perform routine tests, and collect specimens as needed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other medical interventions.
Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in medical records.
Required Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on geriatric or long-term care.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications

Current licensure as an LPN or LVN.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages.
Excellent customer service.
Strong clinical background.
Strong sense of engagement to be a team player.
Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on professional.
Background working in triage.
Phlebotomy experience.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records such as Athena.
Experience with HEDIS.
Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).
Working knowledge of clinical operations.
Additional Information

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $48,900 - $66,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
