Room Attendant

The beautiful SpringHill Suites by Marriott Downtown Charleston is currently hiring experienced Room Attendants to join our team. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Job Purpose: The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in providing a positive experience for every guest who stays with us.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott and Auro Hotels standards.
Make beds, restock supplies, and clean bathrooms and floors.
Maintain assigned areas, including hallways and storage rooms, in a clean and organized manner.
Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Assist other housekeeping team members as needed.
Qualifications:
12 years of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
