The Opportunity We are hiring temporary workers for post-construction and janitorial services. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in a job well done.
Project Duration: Approximately 2-3 months
Schedule: 812-hour shifts; flexible hours required (including nights and weekends)
Compensation: $48.80 Prevailing wage job rate. (Overtime available for 40+ hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Perform general facility cleaning and dusting.
Sanitize surfaces and maintain high-traffic areas.
Vacuuming and specialized floor maintenance.
Manage time effectively to meet strict construction deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Compliance: You MUST provide (2) unlaminated, current proof of U.S. work authorization (e.g., U.S. Passport, REAL ID, Permanent Resident Card, or Form I-766). Click here to view a complete list of accepted forms of IDs.
Certification: OSHA-30 Construction or higher is preferred.
Experience: Proven background in janitorial or facility cleaning. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Background: Fingerprinting and a 10-year background check.
Bonus: A valid driver's license with a clean record is preferred.
