Product Manager of Case Conveyor and Linear Sortation
Dematic is looking for a Product Manager of Case Conveyor and Linear Sortation. The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle from cradle to end of life. The product manager leads the building and refinement of all features, changes, and improvements to Dematic product. This ownership extends to the cost of production and remediation of any quality of safety issues. The product manager also leads all aspects of the decisions on retiring product from the Dematic portfolio and works with our life cycle and customer support activities.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $135,600 - $169,500 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Lead the development of new features, changes, and improvements to Dematic products.
Own product cost, ensuring efficiency in the creation and resolution of quality or safety issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product implementation.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to inform product decisions.
Lead all aspects of product retirement strategies and work closely with lifecycle management teams
Responsible for market analysis and research related to product ownership
Responsible for Product Value Proposition year over year
Responsible for leading collaborator relationships
Responsible for managing budget allocated to product and profitability
Authority in communication and problem analysis
Demonstrates proficiency in intralogistics nomenclature
Ability to understand the value of product investments.
Team leadership for both direct reports and influence indirect reports
Understanding LEAN management and basic manufacture principles
What We are Looking For:
Proven experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in industrial automation, logistics, or related fields.
MHE interface experience
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
Experience in cost management, quality control, and product lifecycle strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical field, with equivalent experience also accepted, required
Masters of Business preferred
PMP or 5 years of direct project management preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25%, customer sites and relevant collaboration.
