Charlestowne Hotels - - Responsibilities: Properly set, clean and maintain all function rooms, service corridors, storerooms and public function areas in a safe, accident-free manner.; Provide excellent customer service and work closely with guests, Sales, and the Food and Beverage departments.; Check the server's and house person's BEOs to ensure that all information is accurate.; Set rooms, buffets, and tables according to BEO specifications and Supervisor instructions.; Assist the servers during service by responding to their requests; notify supervisor immediately of any difficulties.
