Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required.
Experience:
5–8 years of relevant experience in application engineering, design, or manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading complex projects or major project components.
Experience with fluid distribution or analytical instrumentation systems preferred.
Skill Requirements
Advanced proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of fluid systems, instrumentation, and assembly processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity and non‑routine challenges.
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of cost, lead time, and operational impact.
