Hybrid Apparel Inventory Control Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Inventory Control, this position will assist in keeping an accurate inventory of products, ensuring the system inventory in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) matches the physical inventory stored at the facility. This requires individuals to work in a warehouse environment and to utilize various inventory control systems.
What You'll Do
Working with team lead to print and setup daily cycle counts activities
Ensure physical counts match systemic inventory by performing systemic transactions.
Able to help resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level
Update WMS to match physical through various methods as guided.
Research and document root cause of discrepancies and issues
Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentation
Audit empty locations, both physically and systematically
Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications
Update Inventory KPI reports daily
OT/weekend work, depending on business needs.
Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor.
Participates in Quarterly Cycle Counting process as required.
What You'll Need
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
Must have knowledge of computers and ability to learn WMS and various internal applications
MS Word, Excel, Outlook/E-mail
Basic WMS (Warehouse Management System) knowledge, CIMS and AS400 knowledge is a plus
Must use handheld computers / scanners
Operate various material handling equipment, occasionally moving product in warehouse
High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
1-2 years lead warehouse or related work experience required
Read, write, understand and speak English fluently; bi-lingual Spanish language skills preferred.
Must have basic math, computer and data entry skills
Ability to lead others to complete work requirements
Solid command of English, both written and verbal
