Construction Call Center Lead
Elwood Staffing is looking to hire a Construction Call Center Lead in Longview, TX! Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $45-60K DOE

Construction Call Center Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 21.63 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Serve as the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional customer support
Respond to inquiries and recommend home improvement solutions
Schedule and confirm appointments in the CRM within 24 hours
Align appointments with sales team availability and confirm decision-makers
Track and follow up on completed sales appointments
Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM
Collaborate with sales and installation teams for a seamless experience
Communicate updates and customer needs across departments
Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement
Assist with home shows and community events (some weekends required)
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Construction Call Center Lead Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role required (home improvement industry experience preferred)
Strong understanding of scheduling best practices and urgency in setting appointments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Strong team player with a willingness to support others
Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and general computer applications
Applicant may be subject to a background check
