Private Residence Housekeeper Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in private residential housekeeping or high-end hospitality
Deep knowledge of cleaning chemistry and care for luxury materials
Absolute discretion and commitment to privacy
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and remain active during shift
Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide excellent professional references
Bilingual: Must be able to speak English and Spanish
Private Residence Housekeeper Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout the home
Wash, steam, and iron laundry; handle delicate fabrics and manage professional dry cleaning
Organize closets, drawers, and storage spaces; rotate linens and maintain a tidy pantry and refrigerator
Monitor household inventory and prepare shopping lists or restock supplies as needed
Assist with meal preparation or light cooking when requested
Receive deliveries, supervise vendors, and occasionally assist with pet care or plant maintenance
