Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Product Owner
with strong communication and analytical skills to translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements. This role works closely with stakeholders and agile delivery teams to drive solution design, backlog readiness, and successful sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and features
Lead requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
Own and prioritize the product/team backlog
Collaborate with developers, testers, and business leaders to define solutions
Support PI planning, sprint readiness, and story acceptance
Clearly articulate solutions to technical teams and leadership
Required Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
5+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst
Preferred
Healthcare domain experience (plus, not mandatory)
Familiarity with UI design, data flows, APIs (JSON/XML)
