Configuration Management Role
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DCAC architecture and high availability clusters within Linux and AIX UNIX environments.
This position necessitates proficiency in the following areas: In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, workflows, and processes within an Agile work environment.Capability to operate within and establish best practices.Proficiency in Perl, Korn, and scripting automation processes.Administration skills in Linux and UNIX (AIX).Familiarity with vendor sequencing requirements.Understanding of the OV-SD process and configuration script workings.Competence in RPM and InstallAnywhere processes.Expertise in basic Linux/UNIX operating commands and comfortable with command line interface.Command line interface maintenance and troubleshooting of MQ Series using runmqsc.Proficiency in ServiceGuard and script workings.Troubleshooting experience and usage of Linux X11.Knowledge of vendor file structures on various server roles (WESB, ERPLN).Intimate familiarity with the startup requirements for each vendor application.Understanding of DCAC/MRM CMES data flow processes and application interdependencies.Proficient usage of Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Outlook.Familiarity with UNIX cksum command for sending packages to the AIX branch of CM.Familiarity with tools such as Message Courier, AutoSys (JIL), AutoSys WAG, Webtop, Visio, DRM, Alfresco, and LDAP.Excellent communication skills.Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to meet deadlines.Proactive and organized individual with the ability to prioritize workloads.Availability for On Call duty, including weekend late-night/early morning and weekday after-hours work required for production and prod-data environments with Global Partners.Rate range: $80,000 to $90,000 per yearLocation: Remote work 24-00003
