This position is available in Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL, and involves working on significant nationwide real estate transactions alongside highly regarded practitioners.
The candidate will engage in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, developments, and leasing matters across sectors such as multi-family, hospitality, entertainment, retail, industrial, mixed-use, cannabis and CBD, and energy/alternative energy.
The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of broad transactional experience in negotiating, drafting, and closing real estate deals.
Experience should include acquisitions, dispositions, retail and ground leasing, financing, construction, development, and joint ventures.
For this role, candidates must have demonstrated expertise with mortgage debt financing transactions (preferably on the borrower side), purchase and sale transactions, and possess 4-5 years of leasing experience.
Compensation for the role is competitive and commensurate with experience and location, ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with paid time off, annual bonuses, a 401K plan, and healthcare options.
