* Have strong content knowledge, instructional and classroom management skills
* Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, organization and planning
* Design, plan and implement learning strategies and assessments
* Display a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
* Develop the ability to utilize data to differentiate instruction
* Guide students in their social-emotional development, maintaining expectations and support for positive and productive student behavior
* Communicate with families about student progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, principal and pastor
* Perform other responsibilities as designated by the principal or pastor
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Rhode Island Teaching Certification preferred
* Relevant Prior Experience preferred
