Reporting to the President, the Vice President will build and scale a market-facing enterprise that fosters the client's impact through workforce initiatives, industry collaborations, and innovative solutions, transforming the client's vision into action and expanding non-degree education and B2B solutions.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President include setting and leading an enterprise strategy for workforce growth and expansion, building a scalable portfolio of workforce and professional offerings, and driving partnerships to expand impact.
Additionally, this position involves positioning the client as a thought leader on the future of work, leading go-to-market and growth strategies to increase adoption and revenue, and overseeing operations to deliver high-quality, scalable programs.
Ensuring financial performance and governance across the portfolio, and building and leading a high-performing team are also crucial elements of the role.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and a strong alignment with the food industry's mission.
A minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles overseeing teams, PandLs, and complex operations is required.
Proven expertise in workforce development, professional education, and scalable B2B/B2C programs is essential.
