The selected candidate will spearhead the development of customer-facing applications across mobile and web, manage core backend and infrastructure projects, and integrate existing products with newly acquired fintech platforms to maximize strategic value.
Additionally, they will be responsible for scaling platforms to support large-scale, real-time, high-throughput environments and advancing AI adoption across products and operations to achieve productivity improvements of over 30%.
The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in leading commercial software development teams, successful track record in scaling fintech organizations with customer-facing products, and deep experience in designing and operating large-scale, real-time systems.
Preferred technical expertise includes Java, React, or Scala, and a background in platform or system migrations.
Experience with regulatory requirements is advantageous.
The candidate should be comfortable operating within a fast-moving Fortune 500 environment while maintaining a startup mindset.
