Under general supervision, performs Quality Control tests as required by sampling instructions to evaluate all finished products. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation as necessary. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities • Perform Quality Control tests on finished products according to established procedures. • Review all analysis results with the supervisor, and grade all finished lots when testing is complete. • Enter all data into the laboratory database system. • Retain all finished samples and keep the retain sample room well organized and clean. • Train laboratory personnel as required. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Chemistry preferred. 0-2 years in a laboratory environment. Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry preferred. Ability to multitask. Superior communication (verbal & written), ability to motivate, prioritize, and organize in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to address issues, follow up, and implement solutions as required.
