Description:
Full time, permanent position
Schedule depends on the location
Ability to see all ages - pediatrics to adults
Manages ambulatory Family Medicine primary care medical practice by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments and providing patient education.

Profile we need:
Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better, many patients are older with hearing issues, and they only speak Spanish
Someone aligned with their mission and values
Someone good with EHR
Must work well in teams PCMH model MAs, Receptionist, Care Coordinators, and Care Managers
