BayHealth Hospital – Kent Campus is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
Key Highlights:
Manage cost accounting and service line profitability
Work with STRATA financial system (ROI, NPV, IRR analysis)
Publish P&Ls and support financial planning
Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement
Reporting to agencies like S&P, Fitch, EMMA
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of healthcare finance experience
STRATA or similar financial system experience required
Onsite role in Dover, DE
