Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
to support a well-established, highly reputable autism services organization expanding diagnostic services across Florida. This is a 100 percent clinical, salaried role with a hybrid structure, strong infrastructure, and a proven track record of psychologist retention.
PhD, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist (Orlando Region)
will have options for clinic location including: Orlando (32819, 32822), Altamonte Springs (32701), Longwood (32750), Lake Mary (32746), Winter Garden (34787), Kissimmee (34744), ChampionsGate (33896).
Clinical Psychologist Schedule and Work Model
Full-time, 40 hours per week
5–7 diagnostic assessments per week
On-site assessments
Remote report writing
Hybrid model designed for focus and sustainability
Clinical Psychologist Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations
Perform clinical interviews and direct and indirect assessments
Utilize standardized tools including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar instruments
Score, interpret, and integrate assessment data
Share anticipated findings with parents at the conclusion of evaluations
Prepare and deliver high-quality diagnostic reports
Provide clear recommendations to families and referral sources
Work with pediatric patients, with a focus on children ages 10 and under
Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with internal teams as needed
Clinical Psychologist Role Highlights
Assessments typically 2.5–4 hours depending on clinician workflow
All testing materials provided at no cost
Salaried role with no productivity penalties for cancellations or no-shows

Clinical Psychologist Requirements
Doctorate in Psychology
Active Florida psychologist license or ability to obtain
Experience with autism screenings and diagnostic evaluations
Proficiency with ADOS-2, ADI-R, or similar tools
Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical judgment
Willingness to collaborate with senior psychologists as needed
Newly licensed psychologists considered with relevant diagnostic training
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Starting salary: $120K–$125K+ DOE (negotiable based on experience)
$3,500 sign-on bonus + in-state relocation assistance
