Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with established standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency while adhering to housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces
Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to guest arrival
Restock room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels
Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain a high level of organization and time management to complete daily assignments efficiently
Collaborate with team members to support overall housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction
Work Schedule:
5 days per week
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work xywuqvp independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting as needed
Work Environment:
This role operates in a hotel or hospitality setting and requires maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism to ensure an excellent guest experience.
