Managing Partner (General Manager)
to lead our Washington DC location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, high-impact hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume environments, builds strong teams, and drives operational and financial performance.
Pisco y Nazca is a vibrant Peruvian-inspired concept known for bold flavors, craft cocktails, and an energetic atmosphere. Our leaders play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while developing strong, engaged teams. What We Offer
Competitive Salary: $105,000$115,000 + Bonus
$200 Monthly Dining Credit across all Centurion Restaurant Group concepts
19 PTO Days per Year (3 weeks + 4 days) + 5 Paid Sick Days upon hire

What You'll Do
Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on execution and guest experience
Drive financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
Maintain strong floor presence and guest engagement
Build a positive, high-performance team culture
Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and operational goals
Monitor service standards, food quality, and operational execution
Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
What We're Looking For
General Manager / Managing Partner experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong P&L and financial management experience
Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
Experience building and developing strong teams
Ability to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
