What You’ll Do
Operations Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations
Ensure all units are fully staffed, operational, and executing to brand standards
Hold General Managers accountable for performance, execution, and results
Team Development
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams
Drive engagement, training, and retention across all locations
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture
Financial Performance
Monitor sales, labor, and cost controls to drive profitability
Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with senior leadership on strategy and business planning
Operational Excellence
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain equipment readiness and overall operational efficiency
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
What You Bring
3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
8–10 years of overall restaurant operations experience
Experience in high-volume environments (QSR, casual dining, or full-service)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid financial acumen with experience analyzing performance metrics
