We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist to support a high-acuity cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EP procedures, hemodynamics, and cardiac anatomy, and be highly comfortable working with pediatric and fetal echo cases. This is a contract opportunity with potential for extension.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist to support a high-acuity cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EP procedures, hemodynamics, and cardiac anatomy, and be highly comfortable working with pediatric and fetal echo cases.
This role requires hands-on experience with EP lab equipment and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, specialized clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in electrophysiology procedures and arrhythmia induction
• Perform baseline measurements and support diagnostic evaluations
• Operate and maintain EP lab equipment and devices
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation using EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols
Requirements
Licensure & Certification
• Active New York State license (must be submitted with application)
• One of the following certifications (required):
RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
IBHRE Certification
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
Education
• Completion of an accredited program in:
Cardiac Electrophysiology, or Cardiovascular Technology, or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
