The Company is in search of a Vice President for Carrier Practice Sales, a pivotal role dedicated to driving growth within the specialty property and casualty insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners. This senior-level position demands a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related experience, preferably with a professional designation in the insurance industry. The role requires a deep understanding of carrier, MGA, and program administrator operations, and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders to foster high-impact relationships. The VP will be expected to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, contribute to market strategy, and ensure that client solutions align with the company's operational capabilities.
