Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$44,000 – $45,000 (annualized equivalent)

What You’ll Do
Deliver a warm, professional first impression by greeting and assisting patients
Manage patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency
Answer incoming calls and handle patient inquiries with a high level of service
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across providers
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Support daily front office operations across multiple locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable working in a floating role between nearby offices
Experience in smaller or specialty practices (e.g., chiropractic, outpatient clinics) is a plus
