Pharmacist – Full-Time (Open to Part-Time)

Overview
We are seeking a

Pharmacist

to join a patient-focused, team-oriented pharmacy setting in Tomah, WI. This role includes a mix of retail and light long-term care responsibilities, offering a more balanced and sustainable alternative to high-volume environments.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team with consistent staffing, a predictable workflow, and opportunities to gain exposure to both clinical and operational aspects of pharmacy practice.

Schedule
Primarily

Monday–Friday daytime hours
Rotating weekend coverage ( approximately every 3rd weekend )

Store Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sun: Closed

Key Responsibilities
Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately
Provide patient counseling and administer immunizations
Oversee and support pharmacy staff workflow
Manage inventory and medication supply
Assist with long-term care prescription processing and coordination
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Deliver excellent customer service and patient communication

Candidate Profile
Licensed Pharmacist (WI license or ability to obtain quickly)
Immunization certified or willing to become certified
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong operational reliability
Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative mindset
Interest in independent pharmacy or business operations is a plus
