Site Scheduler (Charlotte)

The Site Scheduler (Production Scheduler / Master Scheduler) is responsible for production planning, order smoothing, and schedule execution for the Charlotte manufacturing site. This role owns the rolling 10‑day production schedule, enforces a frozen 2‑day schedule, balances demand to capacity, and manages customer ship date commitments in SAP. The role partners closely with Production, Materials Planning (MRP), Distribution, Order Entry, and Central Planning to deliver ≥95% Customer On‑Time performance.
Key Responsibilities
Production scheduling and master scheduling in SAP and excel.
Capacity planning and order smoothing to plant and DC constraints.
Coordinate with MRP / material planners on shortages and expedites.
Customer promise date and ship date management.
Daily reconciliation of production output, shipments, and schedule adherence.
Root cause analysis of COT misses, retail fines, and schedule disruptions.
Required Experience & Skills
3–5+ years in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or supply chain.
ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred).
Strong Excel skills knows how to do a pivot table.
Ability to communicate clearly with Operations, Planning, Shipping, and Customer teams.
