Materials Control Specialist (Tulsa)

Location: Tulsa, OK (One Williams Center)
Onsite: 5 days/week → then 4 days/week
Duration: 6 months (likely extension, possible convert)
Hours: 40/week (1,056 hours)

Team: Small team (4 people)

Role Summary:
Entry-level supply chain / procurement support
Heavy data entry + high volume work
Managing:
Purchase Orders (POs)
Vendor invoices
Material tracking
Working with:
Vendors
Accounting
Project teams
Using Oracle (or similar ERP)
Bottom line: Detail-heavy, repetitive work + coordination

Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Accounting, etc.)
0–2 years’ experience (true entry-level)
Strong Attention to detail
Organization
Communication
Comfortable with:
Repetitive/data-heavy work
Onsite environment

Nice-to-Haves:
Oracle (big plus)
Any ERP (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Exposure to:
Purchase Orders
Invoice processing
Supply chain / procurement
