to oversee hospitality staffing operations in the New Orleans market. This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, hospitality, operations, account management, or client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily staffing operations for assigned hospitality accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support employee placement, retention, and workforce performance.
Ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to meet client staffing needs.
Address client and employee concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications:
Experience in staffing, hospitality, operations, sales, or account management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We participate in E-Verify.
