Title – Software V&V Lead
Client - Collins Aerospace
Location – Rockford, Illinois (onsite only)
Experience – 10 years relevant years
This is an ITAR position; hence need only US Citizens & Green Card Holders
Mandatory Skills:
Around 10 years experience in
Building instrumentation ,
SCA (Structural Coverage Analysis) Build creation
and
Coverage analysis
Aerospace domain
experience is mandatory
6+ years experience in
RTRT tool
usage for
SCA activities
Strong experience of
Software Testing
methodologies, including
Black-box, White-box,
and boundary value analysis.
6+ years strong experience with
DO-178B/C
standards and their application in software verification processes
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in avionics systems (e.g., C, Ada)
Experience with software testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration SSIT and HSIT), and system level testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects
Strong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate test results and findings
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
Experience in working within a regulated environment with a focus on safety-critical systems
Experience on Configuration and change management activities using tools like Synergy CM/Change, Polarion/SVN
