Overview
We’re seeking a

Business Systems Analyst II

with strong

healthcare implementation experience

to support clinical and operational system initiatives. This role is highly focused on

EMR implementations, workflow design, and stakeholder collaboration

within hospital or clinical environments.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)


3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience


Healthcare provider experience ONLY

(hospital or clinic setting –

no insurance backgrounds )


Hands-on implementation experience

(end-to-end project involvement)
✅ Experience with

EMR systems

such as:
Epic (preferred)
Cerner
Athenahealth
✅ Strong experience in:
Requirements gathering & documentation
Process/workflow mapping
Leading meetings with stakeholders
✅ Excellent

communication skills

(written & verbal)
✅ Ability to

clearly speak to past project work

(resume must reflect real experience)
Preferred Experience
Epic module implementation experience
Experience with

3rd-party healthcare applications , such as:
Sectra (PACS)
Waystar (RCM)
Capsule (medical device integration)
SoftBank (staffing/workforce)
Exposure to

ancillary systems :
Lab
Pharmacy
Radiology
Experience creating:
Project charters
Status reports
Meeting minutes & agendas
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate

requirements gathering sessions

with clinical and operational stakeholders
Translate business needs into

technical workflows and system solutions
Support

EMR and third-party system implementations

across hospital departments
Develop and maintain

process flows and documentation
Guide stakeholders on

system functionality and best practices
Collaborate with

IT teams, vendors, and facility support teams
Produce and manage

project documentation

(charters, status updates, etc.)

Strong ownership of

implementation projects
Ability to

bridge the gap between clinical teams and IT
Confidence leading discussions with

leadership and end users
Clear, structured documentation and communication
