Our firm is partnering with a leading enterprise retailer operating at a global scale to identify a Sales & Project Manager to support their Global Commerce organization. This role sits at the intersection of wholesale sales, catalog management, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and supporting wholesale partners throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
Job Description
The Sales & Project Manager supports enterprise wholesale channels by executing catalog curation, coordinating partner support activities, and ensuring products are successfully positioned for sale. This role functions as both an individual contributor and a collaborative partner, working closely with internal teams and external wholesale accounts to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include
Collect, validate, and match product data attributes and images across multiple internal tools and systems
Build and maintain product catalogs using technology platforms that enable wholesale partner sales
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure wholesale partners receive strong product support and curated offerings
Provide data and insights to inform sales strategy development and business recommendations
Assist with the preparation of sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for leadership
Complete item setup and maintenance for products purchased by wholesale partners
Deliver digital assets and product copy to partners to ensure a consistent and accurate brand experience
Monitor market and industry trends and assess the competitive landscape
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners to drive sales growth, expand product placement, and optimize account performance
Act as a liaison between internal teams and wholesale partners to ensure alignment and timely communication
Address and resolve partner inquiries or issues to support long-term customer satisfaction
Support project planning activities, including timelines, agendas, and content for partner meetings
Assist with the creation of onboarding and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, project coordination, or a related role
Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, or similar spreadsheet and project management tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities
Analytical skills to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
Ability to influence stakeholders and align teams toward shared objectives
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise-level retail or wholesale organizations
Familiarity with product catalog management systems or commerce platforms
Experience contributing to sales strategy development or forecasting
Exposure to partner onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives
