
Information Technology Project Manager (Richmond)

TreCom Systems Group, Inc. will be hiring experienced IT Project Managers to lead large, complex technology projects from planning through delivery for our growing IT service organization. These will be full time salaried positions with TreCom. Work will be hybrid with our team in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
Organize and lead project meetings and stakeholder communications
Develop and maintain project plans and delivery schedules
Apply Scrum collaboration framework and Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects
Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Certifications: CSM, PMP Certification or VDOT PM Certification (required for Richmond, VA roles)
Preferred:
Public sector experience in health & human services, education, transportation, insurance, or financial agencies
