Big State Home Buyers, a proud member of the New Western family, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Houston-based powerhouse. Unlike traditional sales roles, you won’t be cold-calling or smiling and dialing through a dead list. You will be handling 100% inbound leads—homeowners who have raised their hand and need a solution

Your mission: Take INBOUND leads and move them from high-stress inquiries into closed contracts. You are the first point of contact, the problem solver, and the Closer.

What We Offer
Total Compensation: Actual competitive base salary (not a draw) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses.
High Volume: ** ALL LEADS ARE PROVIDED FROM INBOUND CALLS OR WEBFORMS**

The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a Social Chameleon who can navigate a phone call with the same finesse as a face-to-face meeting. You must be able to:
Master Vocal Tonality: Adjust your pace, pitch, and energy to mirror the homeowner—whether they are a grieving heir or a high-powered professional.
Identify Pain Hooks: Use strategic active listening to find the

real

reason they are selling (foreclosure, probate, relocation) and anchor your solution to that need.
Maintain Ethical Assertiveness: You believe that getting the contract signed is the best way to help the homeowner move on with their life.
Exhibit High Ego-Resilience: You view a no as a request for more information and can maintain peak performance through difficult emotional conversations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Manage inbound calls, qualifying motivation and building rapport within the first 60 seconds.
Creative Problem Solving: Listen to complex property stories and quickly identify the financial or legal exit strategy that leads to a purchase.
Virtual Command of the Table: Lead the negotiation decisively, overcoming objections with empathy and persistence to secure a One-Call Close whenever possible.
Meticulous Follow-Up: Maintain a never-die mentality with leads, utilizing our CRM to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Qualifications & Experience
B2C Phone Mastery: Proven success in high-volume, high-stakes inside sales (e.g., Debt Consolidation, Mortgage, Insurance, or high-end Hospitality).
The Finisher Mentality: You are self-motivated, move with extreme urgency, and take pride in a finished product.
Bilingual (Spanish/English): Highly preferred. A critical multiplier in the Houston market.
Local Knowledge: Must be located in the Greater Houston Area to understand the local market nuances and neighborhoods.
Self-Awareness: You are coachable, transparent about your strengths, and constantly looking to sharpen your sales blade.
