We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Training Coordinator
to support employee training and workforce development at our copper processing facility. This role is essential in ensuring our employees are trained, certified, and equipped to work safely and effectively in a dynamic mining environment.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule employee training, including safety, regulatory, and job-specific programs
Track training completion, certifications, and expiration dates to ensure compliance
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Partner with supervisors and Health & Safety teams to identify training needs
Support workforce development programs, including apprenticeships and technical training pathways
Collaborate with external partners such as training providers, schools, and workforce agencies
Prepare training materials, reports, and documentation
Assist with audits and compliance reviews by providing training records
Help improve and develop training programs across the site
What You Bring
Required:
4+ years of experience coordinating training programs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with apprenticeship or workforce development programs
Background in mining, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Familiarity with training management systems or HRIS
Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with regular interaction in operational areas, including laboratory and processing environments. You may encounter varying conditions such as dust, noise, temperature changes, and industrial equipment.
Schedule & Travel
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional travel between on-site buildings
