Full Ownership:
Lead conceptual design, sizing, and calculations for gas, waste, and water systems.
Tech-Forward:
Drive high-quality modeling in
Revit
and
AutoCAD .
Design/Build Impact:
Work directly with field teams to solve real-world problems.
Sustainability:
Ensure designs meet LEED and modern Energy Code standards.
The Essentials:
3+ years in Mechanical/Plumbing design (Design-Build experience is a huge plus).
BS in Engineering or Construction Management.
Strong knowledge of building codes and hydraulic calculations.
