a well-known robotics manufacturer,
is actively hiring an
Indirect Global Category Manager
in
Bedford, MA!
This role will be
remote, but you may need to come on-site occasionally.
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*
In this role, you will be
responsible for developing and implementing global category strategies for IT, R&D, and digital spend
while aligning with business and financial objectives. You will be
leading end-to-end strategic indirect sourcing initiatives,
including demand assessment, market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, negotiations, and contracting.
Responsibilities:
Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value improvement opportunities
Review and negotiate key commercial terms,
including pricing, payment terms, payment frequency, SLAs, and termination clauses
Prepare sourcing recommendations and obtain required internal approvals
Skills:
Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred
5+ years of indirect procurement/sourcing experience
ISM Certified
or related certification is a plus
Experience partnering with legal and finance on contract and approval processes
