Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and overall project execution to ensure strong customer service and client satisfaction
Lead both the project management and technical side of projects, including active involvement in drafting and overseeing construction documents for compliance with firm standards and building codes
Review RFIs, submittals, specifications, and product selections while proactively identifying issues and driving solutions throughout the full project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
Delegate responsibilities effectively, support team members, and maintain strong organization across multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
BS or MS in Architecture required
10+ years of experience managing medium to large, complex architectural projects
Strong restaurant project experience required, specifically with one-off, upscale restaurant builds and detailed hospitality environments
Proven experience managing client relationships, consultant coordination, and multiple project deadlines simultaneously
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project execution from design through closeout
AutoCAD experience required; Revit experience is a plus
Architectural licensure is not required
Previous experience working successfully in a collaborative team environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a respected firm with strong project variety, excellent team collaboration, and long-term career growth.
