About the Role: The Financial Analyst III role is responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for the organization. This includes overseeing expenses, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivering insights to support business decisions. The position partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and drive operational performance. Client Information: A financial services firm specializing in accounting and financial analysis. They aim to support business decisions through accurate financial reporting and strategic insights. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of organizational spending including expenses, headcount, and capital management • Perform forecasting, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, and monthly close activities • Prepare and deliver management reporting with high accuracy • Analyze key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess operational performance • Develop executive-level presentations for leadership reviews • Support ad hoc financial initiatives and business case development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Bachelors Degree Required Skills: • 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills • Experience with variance analysis and forecasting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite • Experience with financial systems such as SmartView and Oracle Cloud • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines with high accuracy Preferred Skills: • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships
