Job Summary
As the Manager of Jane Street’s high-volume, premier corporate café, you will lead daily food service operations that support a fast-paced, high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence in a refined corporate environment. The café operates

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, supervise, and coach

two supervisors and approximately ten hourly associates , fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
Oversee all aspects of café operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience
Plan, promote, and execute special events and café initiatives aligned with workplace needs
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards
Manage operating budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery
Utilize POS systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions
Perform additional duties as needed to support overall workplace dining operations
Qualifications

Minimum of

2 years of relevant food service management experience
Background in

restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related luxury food service environments
Experience working in

high-volume, quality-driven operations
Proficiency with POS systems
Strong computer skills, including

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools
ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
