Description for Head of Operations
Head of Operations/Senior Manager, someone with financial and real estate background
Handle various insurance related issues
Oversee Staff Accountant and office staff
Firm knowledge of properties and entities
Review bank reconciliations monthly, CAM annually, payroll bimonthly
Work in coordination with Staff Accountant to timely release ACHs incl. payroll
Maintain General Ledgers
Review tax work papers before delivering to tax accountants
Review tax returns
Calls with lawyers, tax accountants, bank reps, property broker
Report to owner
Assume additional duties as required
