Production Assembler 4 openings!
All 4 opening are for the FRONT END schedule 5AM-3:30PM Sunday-Wednesday Thursday is mandatory OT if needed.
Down the road- they also offer a Back end shift. Wednesday-Saturday and mandatory OT is on Tuesday (The goal is to find a person to work the front end shift now, but also a person willing to work the Back end schedule if needed in the future)
Responsible for the daily processing of Medical Kits through both the New Kit Build and or the Refurbishment processes, utilizing both systems and work instructions to inure our high quality standards that are expected by both our company and our Customers.
Manufacture new kits per documented customer specification.
Disassemble, inspect, repair and repack kits per documented customer specification.
Maintain facility cleanliness.
Perform assembly and repair functions in a manner consistent with required production, quality and documentation standards of operations.
Familiar with and able to articulate principles of the organization's Quality Management System. Initiates and/or participates in response to quality related documents.
Maintain all client information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly while in the performance of the job in strict confidence in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent confidentiality regulations.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Utilization of Bar Code scanners / interaction with company system (ERP) preferred.
Required skills:
Demonstrated basic competency skills, email, document retrieval systems.
Proven ability to work in a detail oriented position.
Must be able to wear non-latex gloves.
Demonstrated ability to follow facility safety protocols; previous experience with OSHA
Required Competencies (Critical behaviors necessary to successfully perform the job)
Build relationships with internal team members.
Ability to work within a group environment is a constructive and non-threatening manner.
High school education or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment requiring high levels of quality / throughput is preferred but not required.
