Energy Management Corporation is looking for a proven leader to take full ownership of our Rock Springs, Wyoming branch. This is not a maintenance role—we need someone who can build, grow, and drive performance across a key regional operation.

We specialize in electrical and mechanical solutions—motors, drives, generators—and partner with our customers to improve safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.
What You’ll Own
Full P&L responsibility for the branch
Driving revenue growth and profitability across products and services
Leading operations, service, and sales alignment
Building and maintaining high-value customer relationships
Ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance
Identifying and executing growth opportunities in the region
Recruiting, developing, and holding your team accountable
Leading continuous improvement across all branch functions
What We’re Looking For
Proven branch or operations leadership experience
Strong understanding of power generation, motors, drives, or industrial systems
A leader who is hands-on, accountable, and results-driven
Experience in industrial sales, service, or contracting
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance and people
Excellent communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Technical background in electrical or mechanical systems preferred
