
Tulip Engineer (Indianapolis)

Role: Senior Tulip Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana - hybrid preference;
Must Have's:
1. Tulip MES platform — hands-on configuration and application development
2. Pharma/life sciences manufacturing environment understanding. Knowledge of shop floor processes and digital workflow design,
3. Independent working, Stakeholder Management, Excellent Communication skills
Senior Tulip Engineer would be responsible for developing and configuring Tulip applications to suit manufacturing and lab operations in product development environment. Should be able to independently work, guide the customers on critical design decisions, have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be able to estimate and plan Tulip development work.
• Tulip MES platform — hands-on configuration and application development
• Pharma/life sciences manufacturing environment experience
• Strong understanding of shop floor processes and digital workflow design
• Ability to work directly with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers about work estimation and delivery plan
• Report project progress and prepare management reports as and when needed
• Participate and contribute internally on competency building, reusable accelerator tools, training, and team building.
