Role Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage resources efficiently. Occasional remote work is permitted, balancing both in-office and at-home responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
Proven experience in Project Management and Project Coordination.
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource optimization.
Thorough understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction/project management software tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are an advantage.
