Head of U.S. Customs & Trade Operations
to lead and scale a high-impact customs brokerage organization across the United States.
This is a
senior leadership role
with full ownership of both
commercial performance and operational execution , overseeing a team of 200+ professionals. You will play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery in a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead and stabilize a large-scale U.S. customs brokerage operation
Partner closely with commercial leadership to drive
revenue growth and client retention
Own operational performance across service delivery, compliance, and efficiency
Build and lead a
high-performance, engaged team culture
Drive improvements in
productivity, cost-to-serve, and operational scalability
Oversee KPI performance, service metrics, and accountability frameworks
Act as the
senior point of contact for customs operations
across the region
Integrate and optimize globally aligned systems and platforms at the regional level
Navigate regulatory complexity while ensuring consistent, compliant execution
What You Bring
Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required)
10–15+ years of leadership experience in
Customs Brokerage / Trade Compliance
Proven success leading
large, distributed teams (200+ FTE preferred)
Track record of balancing
commercial growth with operational discipline
Strong executive presence with experience interfacing with senior leadership
Deep understanding of
U.S. customs regulations and evolving trade environment
Experience driving
performance management, workforce planning, and process improvement
