What's your day like?
As a Payroll & HR Specialist, your daily responsibilities will be both dynamic and rewarding. You can expect to process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. You'll handle employee inquiries related to payroll discrepancies, benefits, and HR policies, while also maintaining confidential employee records. Your day will involve streamlining HR processes and support ongoing projects that enhance organizational efficiency.
This is an onsite position, Monday - Friday, with flexibility as needs arise.

To excel as a Payroll & HR Specialist you will need a strong foundation in various software and tools. Proficiency in UKG for payroll management will enable you to efficiently process and analyze payroll data. Familiarity with QuickBooks will aid in managing financial transactions and integrating payroll with accounting functions seamlessly. Strong organizational abilities will help you juggle multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
