Beauty Care Product Manager
who’s ready to make a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning ideas into shelf-ready success—especially within the personal care, beauty, and wellness space.
In this role, you won’t just support product development—you’ll own it, with a strong focus on supporting key national retail accounts. From concept through launch and in-store execution, you’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution across the full product lifecycle.

Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, retail placement, and ongoing performance
Work cross-functionally with R&D, sourcing, merchandising, inventory, and retail teams—both domestic and international

Salary range: $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, with Bonus potential
Key Responsibilities of the Beauty Care Product Manager:
Lead day-to-day product development and account support activities, ensuring alignment across timelines, inventory, and delivery schedules
Partner closely with national retail buying and product development teams to identify white space opportunities and develop new product programs
Collaborate with Category Managers and overseas merchandising teams to execute both seasonal and core product strategies
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and category performance to drive innovation and growth initiatives
Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support replenishment strategies
Support retail execution, including in-store placement, merchandising strategy, and product setup
Act as a key liaison between U.S. and international teams to support sourcing, development, and production workflows
Travel to trade shows and industry events to identify emerging trends, strengthen vendor partnerships, and bring new ideas to market
Manage product samples throughout the development lifecycle to ensure quality, alignment, and launch readiness
Qualifications of the Beauty Care Product Manager:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in product development and/or account management within CPG environments
Strong background in personal care, beauty, and/or health products is required
Experience supporting large national or big-box retail accounts is highly preferred
Proven ability to collaborate with retail buying and product development teams to drive product strategy and innovation
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management within a retail-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across global teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
